Where can I buy a sash?
Check your university's student store for purchasing sashes.
UCLA: Grad Etc. office on A Level of Ackerman Union or online through the UCLA Store
How do I place an order?
Fill out the Google form! Once I receive the details for your order, I will reach out to meet up for drop off and to confirm your order details.
How much does it cost?
My rate is $10 per location of text. This is subject to change based on the complexity of the design (e.g. length of text, number of lines, character count). Price will be confirmed when the order is placed.
How long will my order take?
Processing time is about one week after receiving your sash. This is subject to change depending on the number of orders I receive. I will reach out to you once your order is complete. Rush orders are subject to a $10 fee.
Where can we meet for drop off/pick up?
I am based at UCLA in Los Angeles, CA. I can also meet up in the 626 area or around UCLA/Westwood.
Do you do custom designs?
I embroider custom text only. There are six fonts to choose from.
Do you do patches?
Many graduates have their school logos, country flags, or other patches sewn onto their sashes. I can sew the patch on for a $10 fee if the patch is provided. I do not provide any patches. Please reach out for any inquiries.
Do you do group orders?
Please reach out to me and we can discuss details of the order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept digital payments via Zelle (626)766-2919 or Venmo @emilykla1.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All items are custom-made to order. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. I am not responsible for damaged sashes or any misalignment of designs. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to work with you to find a reasonable solution.

All items are custom-made to order and are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including spelling of text or other design details. I am not responsible for damaged sashes or misalignment of designs, and minor variations may occur (e.g. stitching, spacing, placement). Prices are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Orders will not be started until payment has been received. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, complexity, and availability. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire before placing your order if you need it by a specific date. Orders cannot be canceled once work has begun. If you need to cancel prior to production, please contact me as soon as possible. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
